Oiva evaluation guidelines for registered food premises

Registered food premises include sales, serving and industrial production of foodstuffs (cereals, vegetables, fruit, berries, drinks, processed foods, dietary supplements, special formulae for particular nutritional uses) as well as packing, transport and storage.
